Discreet, confidential support for employees facing addiction

Our Employee Support Service, delivered by Change With Cadas, provides discreet, confidential recovery coaching for employees dealing with addiction or compulsive behaviours — helping them take back control while supporting a healthier, more compassionate workplace culture.

A valuable resource for employers

Addictive behaviours can have a serious impact not only on personal wellbeing but also on performance at work. For employers, Change With Cadas offers a practical and proactive way to support staff who may be struggling, helping to address these challenges before they begin to affect productivity, morale, or team dynamics.

Tailored support for every organisation

Whether you’re a small business or a larger organisation, our services can be tailored to suit both individual needs and your budget. When you partner with us, we fast-track the referral process directly to our experienced CADAS professionals, ensuring employees receive support without unnecessary delays.

Personalised Support Plans with clear goals

Every employee referred to us receives a personalised Support Plan — developed in partnership with our expert recovery coaches. This plan sets out clear, measurable goals, ensuring both the individual and employer can see progress being made.

Expert coaching to address root causes

Our compassionate coaches work closely with employees to explore the root causes of their addiction, develop strategies to reduce addictive behaviours, and focus on improving their overall mental health and wellbeing.

For those dealing with drug or alcohol dependency, we also provide practical guidance to help them pass enhanced or random substance screenings — helping them understand how these behaviours affect their work, health, and future.

Confidential weekly 1:1 sessions

Support typically begins with a Service Needs Assessment Plan to identify the employee’s goals and the steps they need to take. This is followed by weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, delivered remotely for convenience, each lasting around an hour.

Motivation is key — and employers can help

Recovery works best when the employee feels motivated to make a change — and this is where employers can have a powerful impact. Your encouragement can help employees recognise what’s at stake — whether that’s their health, family, career, or financial security — and connect to their own reasons for change. This motivation often makes all the difference to a successful outcome.

Supporting employees means supporting your business

By offering recovery coaching through Change With Cadas, you’re not just helping individuals — you’re actively investing in your people and your workplace culture. This forward-thinking approach promotes loyalty, strengthens morale, and helps prevent personal struggles from becoming bigger issues that could affect the wider team.
